Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, my family then migrated to Long Island, NY.

Having served as a CEO of 6 major contracting firms in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida areas. Also served as an executive officer on 5 prominent trade associations related to the housing, industrial and commercial markets.

Named 'Man of the Year' by the New York Metropolitan, Long Island, and Westchester Association of Contractors, while serving one of my four terms as president. I was instrumental in assisting construction regulations on 8 different committees while associated with a National Association of Specialty Contractors and reaching to the level of executive Vice President.

The owner of four building technology patents relating to the development of multi-story structures. The technology has been, and is still being used in more than 15 million square feet of multi-rise structures all over the Untied States and Russia.

In 1992, I decided to trade my CEO positions to head up a new corporation to introduce the construction technology to the International market. Was successful in securing a license agreement with a Russian firm to develop the system in St. Petersburg, Russia., and served as a consultant in India, Mexico, Ukraine, Poland, England, and South Africa.

In 1995 I decided to form a consulting company to promote the system exclusively in the USA.

I met my wife Cathy during a visit to Savannah, GA in the late 90's. It was at that time that I fell in love with both Cathy and the Savannah area. We currently reside in the Landmark District of Savannah, GA. after having lived in Bryan County in a City called Richmond Hill.

I still  occasionaly act as a consultant to the construction industry, but I now focus my full attention to Real Estate, where I believe my experience and success can be used to help buyers and sellers of housing and investment properties make better decisions.
